Do you love Panera salads as much as we do? This bright, light dressing is our take on the popular Fuji Apple Dressing from Panera Bread!

INGREDIENTS:

• ¼ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ¼ cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Rosemary Fused Olive Oil
• 1/3 cup Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• ½ teaspoon sea salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion power

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients into a mason jar. Seal the mason jar and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until ingredients are fully combined.

Serve on top of spring greens, rotisserie chicken, apple chips and dried cranberries.
